What if I started making my video earlier?
– I guess you're lucky then, because there is no way for us to prove you didn't work on in only in the given time frame. But for the sake of fairness (rule #5) it would be nice if you made a clip specifically for the contest.
What does the jury like best?
– There is no limitation on the type of story you can tell. We have a variety of interests and can dive into any kind of characters that you develop. Surprise us, just like last year!
What makes you think you can judge others so well?
– I am by far not the best machinimaker out there, but by creating all these tutorials and staying in close touch with this community, I do believe that I can give you helpful feedback about your creations, telling you what was good and bad about it. The same goes for the other jury members. The purpose of this contest is not to crown a winner, but to learn something together and to have fun!

– I know the target audience for these tutorials is pretty small. But if I would inspire only a single creator to start their own machinima channel, my goal is completed.

When will you release part 2 of the task sequence tutorial?
– As promised, I will make a second part of the series. But I need to find the right things to talk about first and then make a detailed script. Part 3 will be a Q&A stream and that will follow shortly thereafter. Rest assured I have not forgotten about that.

– A few years ago I had a lot more time on my hands to help and support everyone for free. But now I need to make ends meet with the little time I have – so if you want, you can join my Patreon exclusive Discord server to get more insights on machinima creation.
Why are you advertising your Patreon so hard?
– Because this is how I finance my hobby. In ten years of YouTube I made only about $800 in ad revenue but I spent probably more than $5K on buying and maintaining hardware, music licensing, software, electricity cost or paying voice actors. I need the financial support to invest in my channel. Also, in all of those 10 years, my channel has been free of mid-roll advertisements!

Why wasnt this funny at all?
– Im in a challenging phase of my life at the moment. It will take a while to adjust and sometimes its hard to be happy.
Can you make more serious machinima?
– Yes I will, but they take time. I have another setting/story in mind but it needs some maturing and refining before I can even think of starting to shoot. Also, my mind will be focused a lot on RDR2 once its released.
Can you make one video without sexist jokes?
– But...its so easy making these. I dont wanna think hard to find jokes. My brian couddnt handle dat.
