Nano-texture is the real upgrade. 💻
I’ve edited in the worst lighting imaginable. Overhead glare, sun-blasted windows, reflections turning your “perfect” display into a mirror. The M5 MacBook Pro fix I didn’t expect to love is nano-texture on the base 14-inch.
It kills reflections without making Apple’s XDR look dull, so HDR still pops, ProMotion still feels buttery, and you can actually trust what you’re seeing. Add the ports we still care about (HDMI, SD, MagSafe), plus the speakers, mics, and keyboard, and jumping from Intel or M1 feels like you fast-forwarded years.
