Apple built the iPhone Air out of grade 5 titanium, the same material used in aerospace and luxury watches. It’s thinner, lighter, and ridiculously strong.

I watched Apple press 132 pounds of force into the center of this phone. It bent, then snapped right back into place with zero damage. No Bendgate here.
