Do you want to hold the thing, or do you want to type on it? The smaller one is legitimately great as a handheld device, like a really smart clipboard that happens to have an M5 chip.
The 13” works handheld too, but it’s truly excellent in a keyboard case, which is when you get that laptop-size canvas for everything.
