Luminous Avenger iX 2 | Part 3: Jungle Block
We took down the first gate key. So now we got to move onto the next area to seek the next key.
This is the Jungle Block. It's here we can put the Doomsday Charge to use as since it's a Fire-based weapon, we can use it to burn some of the plants to unlock new areas. I mean, you'll need to in order to get the Bonus Emblems. Yeah, they are back but you need to get them all in order to access Hard Mode.
At the end, you face off against the next Worker, Vespa (VA: Brittany Cox). Vespa hates that we interrupted her quiet time so she wants us dead. Her weakness is the Anchor Nexus. Something to note is that it's the only weapon that returned from the first game and there's lore behind it too. When Copen upgraded, his old weapons were deemed incompatible. Anchor Nexus was the only one, hence why we have it. But of course we'll need it to take Vespa down and it'll hurt like hell. Her SP attack Stinger Torrent is no big. Just make sure you don't fall to your doom.
After beating her, we get our hands on the SP weapon Whirling Chopper and the next key. With both keys, we can head up the Upper Stratum. That's what we'll be doing in Part 4.
