Please don't ever be this person on a flight! It really isn't nice for the person behind you. That said this person is not the reason to be disappointed with Lufthansa's European business class - there are lots of other reasons to be disappointed and this flight review covers them all.

Regular business class travellers in North America and Australia should leave their expectations at home when flying business class within Europe. Basically the product consists of economy class seats with a touch more legroom and an empty seat next to you. Lufthansa has cut it down even further with no pre-departure drinks (not even water), tiny meals and no power outlets so you can plug in your laptop or smartphone.
