Video from the body worn camera of Pulaski County Sheriff's Deputy Rakeem Leverett on January 4. 2024, when he happen upon a wrecked Little Rock Police vehicle at the intersection of I-530 & I-30 in Little Rock , AR.
Unbeknown to LRPD, the vehicle had been stolen from the 12th Street LRPD substation when LRPD cop left it running with the doors unlocked while he took a suspect inside for processing.
