On August 3, 2023, Arkansas State Police Trooper Jackson Shumate recklessly pursued a man on a bicycle the wrong way down a busy three lane interstate. After the man was hit by a car, Trooper Shumate and a fellow thug- in-blue belittled and cursed at the injured and impaired man.
