sooo…this happened? (i feel like many of my recent descriptions have started this way.)
sandra (rocksashka13) mentioned this song, which i’m obsessed with beyond measure, then that it reminded her of her oc, then someone dumb (me) suggested a challenge where we both vid our hp ocs with this song, and…this happened.

you’ve seen sandra’s oc sun black on my channel before, now meet:
eira lupin, my entirely self-indulgent creation, feeding on childhood/teenage daydreams.
because it’s 2019 and we have no fucks left to give.

so here she is - eira, daughter of remus lupin, scholarly werewolf, and dorcas meadowes, murdered by voldemort himself.
› her father distinguishes himself mostly by being largely absent during her childhood, so she grows up with her grandfather lyall. remus and eira grow close during her third year at hogwarts.
› before her death, her mother worked as an unspeakable in the department of mysteries, leaving all kinds of coded notes that eira spends a lot of time on decoding and understanding, discovering a new truth or two about magic along the way.
› best friends with sun black (sandra’s oc), and the trio. (i wanted to include luna, too, but…forgot.)
› ends up dating ron weasley, first secretly, then not secretly, but nobody notices until months and months after the battle of hogwarts. (after a comment on my sun video, this universe has become a sun/hermione universe, and, in consequence, a ron/eira one. so much for our intentions to have our ocs romance „a nice foreigner or muggle, there’s already so much inbreeding“…)
› goddaughter of emmeline vance, who was dorcas’ best friend and mourned her more than anyone; who fought in both wars and is murdered in the second.
› fiercely supportive of tonks and their growing family.
