i didnt think id ever make a video like this, but here we are! theblindchick requested a vidlet about these two ladies, and i was delighted to oblige. i adore downton abbey and these two (especially the dowager countess, maggie smiths character) are such sources of joy when watching it - plus their friendship develops so beautifully throughout the seasons, without ever truly departing from what made them rivals in the beginning.
(also id never noticed before just how much of downton abbey is just...sitting and talking or walking and talking :D doesnt make vidding easier lol)

vidders united is a project where vidders could offer up something (colourings, videos, scene packs...) in exchange for a donation to the BLM movement/a charity related to BLM. the whole project raised over $12,000 for the cause !
(i offered several videos, a collab, and colourings. frankly, i am still absolutely floored that not only did someone take the opportunity at all, but every opportunity i offered to request a vid/let was taken. every single one. and there was a small bidding race in the last hour of the project. im?? thank you, everyone.
