This is the longplay of Phantasy Star, an RPG game released for the Sega Master System, produced and distributed by SEGA and released in 1987 in Japan, 1988 in the United States and Europe and in 1991 in Brazil (distributed by Tectoy).
The story of the game takes place in the 342nd century, in a universe composed of the Algol solar system, ruled by a benevolent lord named King Lassic. One day, the king becomes cruel and tyrannical, monsters begin to emerge and chaos begins to settle across the universe. Lassic is suspected to have made some evil pact for immortality. Faced with the difficulties imposed by Lassics tyranny, Neros group appears, which rebelled against the government. This group is now hunted by Robotcops, soldiers loyal to the government, who also started to act as fighting machines against Neros resistance movement. Nero ends up being seriously injured by the Robotcops. Neros sister, a young girl named Alis, witnesses her brothers death at the hands of these soldiers. With her dying breath, the rebel asks her to seek out a man named Odin, a hero who can help her overthrow the king. Alis then decides to avenge Neros death and will spare no effort to overthrow Lassic and save the universe.
The game stars Alis, a warrior girl who uses swords, shields and magic and has fairly balanced status. There are 3 planets in the game: Palma, which has abundant water, grass, and is the closest to what we can call “Planet Earth”; Motavia, the desert planet and little colonized; and Dezoris, which is a glacial territory full of labyrinths. And to visit these planets we need to use a rocket, called Luveno (which is also the name of the scientist who built it), as well as vehicles to help in inhospitable terrain.
Phantasy Star is a turn-based battle game, like many RPGs from that era. Resources need to be well managed and it is necessary to collect money (mesetas), in addition to evolving the characters and being prepared for the labyrinths.
The games plot mixes fantasy and science fiction, taking inspiration from D&D and Star Wars. The development of Phantasy Star had two key people: designer Rieko Kodama and programmer Yuji Naka, both important names for Phantasy Star to become a reality. This was the first game in the Phantasy Star series, which would soon gain new games on the Sega Genesis and other platforms. This is the longplay of Pocky & Rocky, a scrooling shooter action game released initially for Arcades and then for other platforms. This is the Super Nintendo version, produced and distributed by Natsume and released in 1993 and with a different style from Arcade.
The story of the game is as follows: long ago, the seven gods of fortune were kidnapped by monsters that lived in the region. Priestess Pocky and her raccoon friend Rocky fought the monsters and managed to save them. After that, a period of relative peace began and people were hopeful that the monsters would not cause more trouble in those lands.
Later, Rocky dashes to the sanctuary where Pocky works to warn her that the monsters are causing trouble again and ask for help to resolve the situation once again. However, the duo is surprised by the sudden arrival of a large and aggressive group of monsters in the place and, upon regaining control of the place, discover the reason behind this new confusion.
The plot develops around the evil influence of the Black Mantle. The appearance of this villain has made the spirits/goblins around Pockys sanctuary hostile and dangerous. Its up to the heroine and her raccoon ally to go after the enemy and restore peace to the region. The story is narrated by illustrations and text boxes before and after each level.
The game is in the best run and gun style and the objective of each level is simple: go through the scenario to the end and eliminate the enemies in your path. Throughout the stage, there are bosses that make the players life a little difficult. The player moves his character through the phases, using a button to launch projectiles, another button to use a melee/short-range attack that also serves to repel projectiles, a quick dodge command and another to activate a special attack. During the journey, there are several items, such as power ups (which taken in sequence, give powerful and longer-range attacks), healing items, protective amulets, among other support objects.
Its a good game and quite challenging. The graphics are very well done and the soundtrack is great. The video was made playing with 2 players in Normal mode.

This game was based on the tokusatsu Choujin Sentai Jetman series , Japanese series from the Super Sentai franchise shown in Japan between 1991 and 1992. The game contains the same protagonists and villains from the series, as well as weapons, creatures, etc. The plot of the game is quite summarized.
As said before, the game is based on the TV series. Among the characters are Ryu Tendo (Red Hawk), Kaori Rokumeikan (White Swan), Raita Oishi (Yellow Owl), Ako Hayasaka (Blue Swallow) and Gai Yuki (Black Condor). The villains, present in different areas (maps) of the game, have the same characteristics of the series, however we only face their giant versions; because of that, only with the giant robot can we face them. At that time the game changes from platform to fighting game.
It is a relatively simple game, but I really liked it. The cutscenes are few but they are quite well done. Red Hawk and Black Condor use swords; White Swan and Blue Swallow use pistols and Yellow Owl uses his own fists to beat enemies. Pressing up + attack button, the personage delivers a kick, in addition to having a special attack that defeats all enemies on the screen. When fighting bosses, heroes summon the Giant Mecha. In that case we can only play with Great Icarus (merger between Jet Icarus and Jet Garuda). Jetman was considered to be the first adaptation of the Power Rangers, but the first Super Sentai series to receive the western adaptation was Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, who succeeded Jetman.

Overall, the game is a good port and a good way to bring the Bomberman franchise to the Mega Drive, being the only Bomberman game released for that console (unlike its rival, Super Nintendo, which received 5 Bomberman games) . The overall work is good, but unfortunately the game suffers from some input lag when there are many enemies on the screen, in addition to unfortunately not having multiplayer in Normal Mode (only in Battle Mode). A Co-Op mode would make the game better without a doubt. The video was made playing in Normal Mode.

This is the Super Nintendo version, which was ported by Sammy and released in 1991 in Japan and in 1992 in the United States.
The story of Ys III takes place after the previous ones. The series stars warrior Adol Christian and his friend Dogi. After having saved Ys (the floating city) in the two previous games, Adol and Dogi set off in search of new adventures around the world. Passing through some cities, they end up meeting merchants who bring various rumors about strange things and monster attacks in the Kenai region, where the village of Sarina, Dogis homeland, is located. The game is a platform with RPG elements, where we control Adol. Adol can attack with his sword, as well as equip rings to increase attack power, defense or reduce the speed of enemies. In addition to swords and rings, the hero also needs to defeat enemies to gain exp to strengthen himself and gold to buy defense equipment (armor and shields) and items (herbs to recover HP, as well as items to recharge the ring and others to destroy enemies). Its a well-made game for the time, but its not that balanced, the collision of attacks is quite flawed, but easy to master with a little practice, the soundtrack is good and the graphics and parallax effects are good. Even though it is part of the Ys series, this game appears to be an adventure slightly independent of the previous ones.

This is the longplay of the game Gunforce: Battle Fire Engulfed Terror Island, but known only as Gunforce. This is a side-scrolling action shooting game produced by Irem for the arcades in 1991. The game was later ported by Bits Studios and published by Irem for the Super NES in 1992. This is the Arcade version.
In the game, we control a soldier who will fight against threats on an island. The character uses a weapon with infinite ammo. In the game we only have to shoot enemies and objects to get items. We can also use vehicles such as jeeps, motorcycles and even helicopters, all of these vehicles have their own weapons. Of the shots we can get, we have a machine gun (with rapid fire), bazooka, laser and flamethrower. These more powerful shots have limited ammo and when it runs out, its switched to the basic shot. Its a good game and relatively challenging, especially this Arcade version. Gunforce is a good game, well underrated. The video was made from 2 players.

Mega Man: The Sequel Wars is a fan-made homebrew remake of Mega Man 4, 5 and 6 for the Sega Genesis, following in the footsteps of the officially released Mega Man: The Wily Wars (collection containing Mega Man 1, 2 and 3). The idea for Sequel Wars is to make Mega Man 4, 5 and 6 in the same style as Wily Wars, as Capcom had not made that sequel at the time.
This game is not a hack, but a game made entirely from scratch. It is possible to play with Mega Man, Protoman, Roll and Man (which is bizarre, being nothing more than Mega Man and the bosses with just the head and legs). This video was made with version 1.1 (which fixed some minor bugs and added a new optional cheat). As I already recorded a video in Purist mode, this one was made in Default mode (which has songs in different arrangements).
The video was made with Mega Man, Protoman and Roll, playing at the normal level with all of them and with settings referring to Mega Man IV. The game is incredible and highly recommended for Mega Man fans. I hope you enjoy the video.")

This is the longplay from the game Two Crude, also known in Asia as Crude Buster. It is an action and beat n up game produced and distributed by Data East, released in 1990 for the Arcades and then for the Mega Drive. This is the Arcade version.
The games plot takes place in New York, in the year 2010. The city is attacked with a nuclear weapon combined with strange components, which, in addition to devastating, leaves a series of mutations in the survivors, who, in addition to having their health affected, also start to suffer. obey a criminal command called Big Valley. To save the city, in 2030 the governor hires two people. Were they agents or soldiers? No, the governor hires two mercenary punks to solve the problem. Their objective is to retake control of a ruined New York City from Big Valley after a nuclear explosion the group caused.
In the game, we control one of the punk characters, who can punch, kick and jump. But the biggest difference in the game is the interactivity with the elements of the scenery: players can pick up objects and elements from the scenery and use them as weapons to throw at enemies, and these objects range from sticks, vines, stones, signposts and even scrap metal of vehicles. Crude Buster is not a totally epic game, it is extremely difficult in the last stages and it certainly ate a lot of players quarters, but with emulators its worth playing, even better if you play with a partner. This is the longplay of Super Bomberman 3 (スーパーボンバーマン3, Sūpā Bonbāman 3) is an action game developed and published by Hudson Soft for the Super Nintendo and released in 1995, having been released in Japan and Europe. It is the third game in the Super Bomberman series.
The story of this game takes place after the defeat of the Five Dastardly Bombers, which occurred in the previous game. The quintet of villains ended up on Earth in a pile of rubble. In the face of this, a UFO appears and recovers their remains. An alien, known as Professor Bagura, creator of the Dastardly Bombers, revives the villains and sends them to five planets in the Bomber Nebula. Each bomber steals and disassembles the Mother Computer Chip of each planet and scatters the pieces across the Earth, shutting down the network. It is up to White Bomberman and Black Bomberman to travel and save the planets to stop Baguras plans for space conquest.
The game represents a radical graphical change compared to the previous one, with more colorful visuals, as well as a change in the character design, which is very reminiscent of Bomberman 94 (released in 1993 for the PC Engine), in addition to having introduced the Louies (kangaroos that are obtained from eggs and can be used by the heroes, having different abilities). The Louies were introduced in Bomberman 94 and were included in Super Bomberman 3 (where they made their first appearance on the Super Nintendo). The graphics are good, the soundtrack has striking songs and the game finally has Normal Mode with multiplayer again, where player 1 controls White Bomber and player 2 controls Black Bomber (who was absent from Normal Mode in the previous game). Unfortunately, this game was not released in the United States. The video was made in Normal Mode, with 2 players. A European game version was also used, which was modified to 60hz, in order to convert PAL to NTSC and make it more fluid. I hope you like it.
