The game is based on the anime Naruto, authored by Masashi Kishimoto, and was released in 2003 only for the Game Boy Advance, also being the first game in the Naruto series released for that console.
The games story refers to the initial arc of the anime, where the title character, Naruto, is starting his training to become a ninja, more precisely a Hokage (considered a very high degree in the ninja art that permeates the universe of the anime. In the game , students Naruto and Sasuke were chosen to participate in a survival challenge, which is held annually at the Village Hidden in The Leaves. All 100 leaf symbols were collected (there are 7 in each stage and 8 in the last two) and the Visual Mode was shown with all the released photos (note: in this small part I needed to use a cheat, because to release photo 29 without cheating it is necessary to finish Night Missions Mode three times, once with each character and that would take a long time). The games plot takes place in the 21st century, when a famous scientist and computer engineer named Doctor Yoshiyama managed to create the most advanced Artificial Intelligence in the world. He called his creation C-Life and managed to make it conscious, able to feel and think for itself. However, he falls in love with his creation C-Life and decides he wanted to be closer to her, so he digitizes himself and settles into her computer core, where the two begin a loving relationship. This is the longplay of the game Mercs, an action and run and gun game initially released in Arcades and soon after on home consoles. This is the Sega Genesis version, released in 1991 in Japan (where it was called Senjō no Ōkami II - 戦場の狼II, Wolf of the Battlefield II), in the United States and in Europe.
The premise of this game is quite simple and straightforward: just move forward (vertically) and place your finger on enemy soldiers. Mercs is similar to the action films that were hugely successful in the 80s, such as Die Hard, Commando and Rambo. This Mega Drive version has two modes: Original and Arcade, each with a lot of differences between them, both in gameplay and in story. In Original mode, the story revolves around the fight against a dictatorial government, which is assembling a powerful military arsenal made up of long-range missiles and you need to prevent these weapons from being used for evil. Making upgrades well distributed and exploring well is essential. In both modes, it is possible to drive vehicles.
The game is really cool, even more so in the Mega Drive version because it includes two different modes, it has good graphics and an adequate soundtrack for a game of this type. The only negative point is that this version of the game is exclusively Single Player, unlike Arcade, where you can play multiplayer.

This is the longplay of The Combatribes, an action and beat n up game produced and distributed by Technos Japan, initially released for Arcades in 1990 and for Super Nintendo in 1992
The game centers on three vigilantes who must fight against numerous street gangs in futuristic New York City. These vigilantes are Berzerker (blonde character, with blue clothes and balanced status), Bullova (black character, who wears yellow clothes and has great physical strength) and Blitz (a character, apparently Latin, with ponytail hair, who wears red clothes and has great agility). The characters names themselves have their own meanings: Berzerker means is a name taken from a tribe of Norse warriors, Bullova references the name of a Native American battle axe, and Blitz is short for blitzkrieg, which means Lightning Strike.
The game has simple graphics and even relatively varied enemies, in addition to a cool soundtrack, but it is a difficult game. The stages are not well composed, you start in the corner, defeat some henchmen that appear, then walk two steps and fight the boss of the stage! The only cool thing is some cool moves, like grabbing enemies by the legs and spinning, stomping enemies while theyre on the ground, or slamming heads with heads. The fights against bosses, on the other hand, do not allow us to grab them, which makes combat difficult. Unfortunately the characters only use specials only in versus mode, when they should be present in story mode. The game takes place during the Cold War, where the player controls a pair of military prisoners, Snake in blue clothes and Bart in red clothes, who break free from their cell to fight relentlessly towards their opponents main base in order to save their lives and be free. In this escape, prisoners will need to face heavily armed enemies and escape traps to gain their freedom.
Unfortunately this version only allows one player and the character we control is Snake (player 1 in the Arcade version). The character can punch, kick and use weapons like knives, brass knuckles and machine guns to eliminate enemies along the way, as well as face enemies in containers, trucks and doors to obtain healing items and armor (to help avoid damage from thrown knives).
Its one of many beat n ups released in the golden age of this game genre in the 80s and 90s. Its a good game, even if its quite obscure.

Its a great remake, being able to play on an emulator or on the Game Boy Color.

This is the longplay of Super Mario Bros: Merry Mountain Christmas Adventure, a Super Mario World hack game released in December 2022 (v3.0). The game was produced by @bensalot3568 AKA Just Keef, and @nowieso (who is also the author of Super Mario World: Christmas Edition).
The games story takes place during the Christmas period and its introduction shows MistleToad, an old character of the same species as Toad, who begins to tell about the Christmas period, where we are introduced to the classic characters of the Super Mario series in a period of great peace and happiness, both the heroes and villains of the series are in complete harmony. Our heroes Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Toadette and Yoshi decide to go to a magical place called Merry Mountain to spend the Christmas period. But a threat hangs over the place. No, its not the Grinch, but an evil Ice Witch, who steals the Christmas Stars and condemns Merry Mountain to a life of sadness. Our heroes then need to defeat the Ice Witchs henchmen and recover the stars.
The game gives us the possibility to play with Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Toad and Rosalina (found after advancing in the game), each of which has unique skills, most of which are inherited from Super Mario Bros 2. It is possible to switch between them. characters at each stage, increasing the number of strategies and choosing which character works best in a given stage. The games graphics are completely Christmas-themed and are simply amazing in this hack. The songs are Christmas-themed, but also include custom songs. The setting of the game is fascinating. In the 90s, many artists tried their luck to leave the schemes of DC and Marvel and create their own stamps and characters. Todd McFarlane, for example, did Spawn and Jim Lee created the Wildstorm label where the WildC.A.T.S were his characters.
Wild C.A.T.S. it’s a beat ’em up, in the style of games like Streets of Rage or Final Fight. The game has as its central character the boy Alex Kidd. For seven years he lived in Mt. Eternal studying Shellcore, an ancient martial art that taught people to be so strong that they could break large rocks with their bare hands. One day, as he left Mt.
