In July 2018 one of London's ADL / BYD battery electric buses was filled with air purifying plants as part of a Transport for London (TfL) promotion for cleaner, less polluting buses

The people behind this very successfully created the impression of a thick forest - albeit without any of the usual creepy-crawlies / other wildlife.
