Unable to log out using a bed, the game tells you that "ship has passengers"? The cause is likely a dead NPC in your ship. To fix this - take a long quantum jump, ship will cross servers and the game will remove NPC corpses. Another fix is to store your ship at the station. After retrieving you won't have any NPCs on board and should be able to bedlog without issues
