Avoid station turrets and shard crashes. Everything else is managable solo. Never leave ship in NAV unattended, always be ready to switch to SCM to negate distortion damage. Use decoupled to avoid breaching. Spread apart vehicles to prevent despawns, attach ATLS to cargo grid. Hangar is hard limited to 20 vehicles max, but the limit doesn't apply to the upper deck. Have 1/8 SCU box with the pre-equipped Cambrio SRTs in the engine room.
Don't Grief.
Have a griefer in the Idris flying around? If you want to avoid it - stay close to station turrets. They won't kill it, but they WILL deter it. If you want to deal with it - fully crewed Perseus is a good option, start with torpedoes. Don't focus on killing the Idris quickly, but focus on staying alive and gradually removing the armor. It's a long game. In my opinion, there is no point in subtargeting the power plant if armor is full. Distortions may help if timed correctly.
