Join us for a special Local News Day celebration in Lansing, Illinois!

On Saturday, April 4, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., The Lansing Journal team will be at Kdulche Cafe — and we’d love to see you there. This is a chance to meet the people behind your local news, connect with others in the community, and enjoy a fun morning together.

You’ll meet:
• Meredith Shamburger, Editor
• Carole Sharwarko, Reporter
• Nuha Abdessalam, Reporter
• Melanie Jongsma, Publisher

We’ll also have freelancers and board members joining us.

☕ Expect coffee, community, giveaways, and more — we’re putting the fun back in fundraising!
