This is one of eight music sequencer tracks which was released with the LB2 Move Pack, composed by Jeremy Mayne.
A few of the tracks play during certain move pack mini games - this one can be heard while playing the bonus game 'Brain Crane Pain Game'.

While sequencer tracks are not interactive, they can be tweaked in create mode, so here I've uploaded the full mix first then looped the track again, removing some of the more overpowering instruments so the others can be heard more clearly.
