There are several variations of the main theme, the full-on theme, and a more subtle version, entitled 'A Fight Of Light And Darkness', which were obtained from the bonus CD.
Also included in this video are the variations which play during the main menu of the game and the sub-menu.
There is also a version of the main theme which plays in-game when you're travelling around healed lands, which is not included as it's almost identical to the version here.

I know I've uploaded all of these before at some point, but I finally figured out the correct codec to use so that the sound doesn't get mangled during processing.
I'm not planning on uploading the entire soundtrack, but if there's something in particular you'd like then please do ask!
