Make a pretty coaster and learn colorwork techniques in Tunisian crochet with this fun little pattern.
You could make a set of coasters for loved ones, or some of these sun coasters for a housewarming gift, or even for yourself, to put a glass of lemonade on.
The pattern is quick, easy, and you can even use your regular hooks.
---
You will need 5-6 grams or about 12-15 meters of 3-ply or 4-ply cotton yarn (the thinner kind, size 2, not the kind for making dishcloths), scissors and tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
The finished coaster measures about 8.5 cm or 3 1/4 inches in diameter.
---
The PDF pattern includes step-by-step photos of the process and is available on a "pay what you can" basis on some platforms.
