Even when traffic is slow, Little India merchants blare music through open doors and pull merchandise out to the edge of the street and harangue passers-by to get them to buy. This is just one of several ethnic neighborhoods in the historic UNESCO World Heritage City of George Town, in Penang, Malaysia.
