INGREDIENTS
1 oz sloe gin
1 oz cognac
1 oz crème de cacao
1 oz Kahlúa
2 dashes chocolate bitter
1 oz heavy cream or coconut cream
3 coffee beans; garnish
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, cognac crème de cacao, Kahlúa, bitters, and some ice
2. Pour the contents of the shaker into a serving glass (coup or martini)
3. Pour one-third of the heavy cream out of the carton. Vigorously shake the remaining crème carton for about 30 seconds.
4. Hold a spoon upside down over the drink, pointed slightly downward. Slowly pour the crème onto the back of the spoon that it indirectly spills over the rest of the drink creating a separate layer.
5. Top with the three coffee beans.
