This was inspired by the beautiful cinematography and story of the movie "The Fountain," and what a fantastic idea of a sphere hurtling through space on its course with a dying Nebula as a sacrifice so that life can be reborn. In my scene, I show a matriarch providing energy to sustain the tree until it reaches its final location.
This is a 5760 x 5760 in resolution (great for any of the latest VR headsets) over/under stereo paired equirectangular created in Unity 2018.3.0f2 and the latest preview build of the 'Light Weight Render Pipeline' & Post Render package. It was then converted using Google's VR180 Creator to the format seen here.
An Unity AR Foundation (Unity if you are listening, update it the latest LWRP) version for Android & iOS is also being worked on and will be available as beta sideload ( bit.ly/lifes_embrace ) and in the Google Play Store before X-Mas.
