FARMVLOG's aren't your typical YouTube 'how to' videos - they're an honest, video diary style look at the life of a young couple farming organic vegetables and raising livestock on their small permaculture designed smallholding/homestead in NE Scotland. In this week's FARMVLOG...
Every day begins with milking the goats and moving the chickens here at the Tap. After chores we move the goats into an area of weeds to turn weeds into fresh milk. We also move the geese onto new grazing and take a look at our chicks that were hatched last month. We take a quick look at the crops growing in our polytunnel before spending the afternoon in the market garden harvesting for our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) veg box. We look at what crops we choose to harvest and pick the year's first carrots!
