It's time to face off against the NME for the third and final time... if we're not talk about secret and warp only levels. Fortunately for us, Follow the HUNTer switches things up by giving us the optiont o defeat the super tough robot without firing a single missile at them. The goal is to lead the NME over to a room where you trigger a trap that'll obliterate it for you. The trap was likely intended for HUNT, but they arrived at the stronghold before it would be properly set up.
If you would prefer to blast the NME with your own weapons, you can find all the missile weapons you'll need in a secret room, but why would you want to do that? After suffering at the hands of many an invinsible robot throughout the game, I can tell you that it's very cathartic to watch the NME be blasted to bits by endless blasts of flame.

We dont have much more that we can reasonably train before properly beginning the main story of the game, but one such thing weve not focused on as of yet is communication. Communication is an odd skill as I dont think theres been a single puzzle that has required me have to have it at a certain level up to this point, seen as its used exclusively for getting better prices when haggling.
You can improve communication by trying to bargain with people, chatting with them or things like greeting and saying farewell, though doing the last one will also raise your honour. There is a way to level up communication more efficiently than how Im doing here, but I dont realise the finer points of it until later in this playthrough. That being said, the stat gains I get here are pretty quick considering how much time in-game and in real life passes to get them.
Well return to raising communication later once luck has been maxed out, something thats going to happen sooner than you think.
