We don't have much more that we can reasonably train before properly beginning the main story of the game, but one such thing we've not focused on as of yet is communication. Communication is an odd skill as I don't think there's been a single puzzle that has required me have to have it at a certain level up to this point, seen as it's used exclusively for getting better prices when haggling.
You can improve communication by trying to bargain with people, chatting with them or things like greeting and saying farewell, though doing the last one will also raise your honour. There is a way to level up communication more efficiently than how I'm doing here, but I don't realise the finer points of it until later in this playthrough. That being said, the stat gains I get here are pretty quick considering how much time in-game and in real life passes to get them.
We'll return to raising communication later once luck has been maxed out, something that's going to happen sooner than you think.
