There's not a lot more of Hearthsong that we haven't explored, but it's often in the nooks and crannies of a map that you find the more interesting quests. While we don't have much need for experience, better equipment, enchanting materials and the coin to do said enchanting are always appreciated.
If you're worried about what evil Thaos is doing right now, don't be. No matter how slowly we give chase, we'll arrive at exactly the same point we would've if we rush to him right away. Fate is merciful like that in Eora.

Wave upon wave of poorly prepared guards have been thrown against us, all to no avail. General Darian and Sebastian Doyle Krist barely slowed us down and not even the NME could stop our rampage through the stronghold. All hope seems lost. Truly, this is El Oscuros darkest hour.
...But there is still one who can possibly stand up to Doug Wendt and the other members of HUNT. Hes the strongest, fastiest, nastiest solder that El Oscuro has but more than that, hes aboslutely the coolest. After all, only cool people wear sunglasses and throw out cheesy 90s references while fighting.

Those that had played the original game came into the sequel knowing that thered be a particular type of enemy that would eventually show up. They took the limelight from the Covenant as the number of threat not just to humanity, but the entire galaxy, and our first encounter with them was in quite possibly one of the worst levels in a first person shooter from that era.
I am, of course, talking about the Flood. As this is a forerunner facility that the Heretic is stationed on, it makes sense that theres some of them contained here... at least, they WERE contained. Their newly found freedom presents a very awful complication in our mission to take out the Heretic, but the Artiber is nothing if persistant... and yet, his meeting with the Heretic and the one that made him so will ignite the embers of doubt within the Arbiter, a flame that, try as he might, he will not be able to extinguish.
