It's time to face off againt El Oscuro for the second time and, like every other part of his stronghold, the leader of the cult has prepared far better for this showdown. There are more traps, less goodies and more than enough monks, but none of that will change how we need to deal with him.

For all the extra time he's had, El Oscuro hasn't yet found a way to circumvent running out of magic to fuel his spells. Avoid both attacking him and his attacks and he'll eventually turn into a giant snake so he can better flee to his super secret inner sanctum.
