With Harami 'on our side', we now have four of the five people that Sekmet said we'd need to defeat the approaching darkness. The final one is someone that we will encouter in the later stages of the game, but we can also encounter them in the deep jungle and befriend them now.
Though it's a significant diversion to head out and free them from their predicament, it'll earn us points and will help the narrative make more sense later. Once we've done this, there's little else to do aside from the main plot which should be rather straightforward for us with our massively upgraded stats and bevy of healing items... hopefully.
