It's time to finish the last of the major skill grinds, so begins the second and final part of our haggle-o-thon. It's in this video that I find what I think is the best merchant to haggle with for lots of quick procs for communication skill advancement, though I imagine there's even better ways to improve the skill that others have discovered over the years.
Climbing is a skill in this game that has only a few scant applications and the window to train it at all is very brief. As for honour, we'll be doing are all in due time to tank it as much as possible.
