Pillars of Eternity has been a game where most of the time there hasn't been a definite good or evil way to finish a quest. Many outcomes have some shade of grey about the morality of them, causing you to question if you made the right decision. What you thought might be a good choice turned out to have dire consequences later, something which has happened at least once in this playthrough.

Then you have this the quest Sacrificial Bloodlines. Sometimes all subtelty flies out of the window, presenting you the option to be a metaphorical baby-eating murderhobo or stand up for what semblence of common decency is left in the room.

This is one of those times.
