Finishing up the ice world with some new gimmicks.
3-Ghost House: The first ghost house in the game doesn't really have a particular gimmick to it; it just introduces many of the elements of ghost houses, including fake walls, fake doors, climbing poles, and elevators.
3-4: This level is all about big moving ice blocks. Notably, this is the only level in the game where both exits need to be found in order to progress; the first one leads to 3-5 and then to a red switch, while the second leads to the castle.
3-5: An athletic level with another big rotating block, basically 2-6 if it were vertical. The normal exit goes to the switch, but the secret one just leads to a Toad House.
3-Castle: This level's main gimmick is the snake block. Or block snake? Whatever those are called. It's more slippery than usual, and it gives you basically no time to get used to it before having you traverse a bottomless pit with falling hazards and enemies. Then there's Lemmy, who actually isn't as simple as you might think. He can still be camped and hit three times almost in a row, but he is actually the first boss that I died to; the bouncy balls that he spawns can really get in your way if you let him create too many, and I basically got comboed into the pit.
