Well, this project was unexpected. What are the odds that I'd end up doing blind Let's Plays of two Mega Man fangames in a row? Especially since I've only known about this game for about a month, and I only found out about Mega Man W immediately after it released. But while that game is an NES-esque Mega Man Classic fangame, this one is a 16-bit-esque SNES Mega Man X fangame (of which there seem to be fewer anyway). Set in an alternate timeline where Sigma won, this game deals with the aftermath of that and how X will defeat Sigma now and project what little remains of humanity. It is much like a typical Mega Man X game, though with a unique upgrade chip system.
I should mention that I don't plan on making very quick progress through this game at the start. I wanted to get this episode out today because it's the release date of the game, but I probably won't want to have two Mega Man fangame playthroughs running concurrently, so I will probably save most of this game until Mega Man W is done. I am enjoying it so far, though.
