It's time for the obligatory ice world, which is only world 3 this time. Presumably, it's so early in this game because it introduces one of the new powerups: the Penguin Suit, which gives the same ice-throwing ability that the Ice Flower does but also allows Mario to belly-slide and grip ice much better (and swim much better, but we won't find that out until later). This seems to be one of those videos with a lot of do-overs because I kept missing stuff (and overthinking how to get Star Coins).
3-1: Basically a showcase for what the Penguin Suit can do. There are even enemy penguins to contrast.
3-2: Another Yoshi level, this one with a lot of Bullet Bills.
3-3: An underground level with icicles and floating platforms.
3-Tower: This is kind of an odd one...it almost feels like they stuck two different levels together. The first and last sections involve large rotating oddly-shaped blocks, while the middle is just staying on a platform that moves slowly upward. Lemmy is waiting for us at the end, and he conjures up bouncy balls, which can't directly harm Mario but can push him around and combo especially well with the ice physics present in the arena (as I found out the hard way).
