In the link below I have a detailed discussion of my build of the Slowly 1. This is a design by a radio control pilot from Germany and is covered in an RC Groups post and discussion. The Slowly is designed to be a lightweight slow flyer that is easy to construct.
In this video I will make some improvements over the Slowly 1, to include making the fuselage a bit wider at 3 inches and adding an extended landing great.
The Slowly is a great beginner airplane. Slowly plans are free, see RC Groups link below. In short, a perfect DIY model airplane.
