I observed a vehicle nearly T-bone another motorist in a reckless manner. Upon making contact, I noticed the driver was extremely lethargic and slow to respond to basic questions. I observed what appeared to be track marks on the driver's hands. When questioned about her sobriety, she claimed to have been clean since October 2020 but could not provide a specific date, which raised further suspicion given her physical state. After conducting field sobriety tests, it was determined she was impaired and unfit to operate a motor vehicle.
