Leptospirosis (Infection from Dog Urine) | Where You Get Infected, What Happens, How It’s Dealt With

Leptospirosis is a bacterial infection that is acquired from exposure to contaminated water, in which is found urine of an infected animal (dogs, racoons, cows, etc.). In this lesson, we discuss what happens when we get exposed to this bacteria, the severe complications that can occur, how it’s diagnosed and how it’s treated.
