Leonardo Da Vinci was a great collector of books. Owning more than 200 at the time, now only one survives. The Galileo Museum hosts this exhibition, examining scholarly writings, quotations and discoveries in order to reconstruct his book collection.

Splendid manuscripts and incunabulums (books printed early in printing history, usually before 1501) are displayed alongside multimedia technology that preserve the condition of the artefacts while allowing visitors to leaf through and come face to face with Leonardo’s Codexes.
