In this video, I show you the new Lelit MaraX3, a heat exchanger machine with flow control via electronically controlled paddle. The model is beautiful, with a black casing, zebrano wooden knobs and accent pieces, and a large white dialed manometer. This machine has been quite a joy to use, making gooey espresso and generally good milk foam, although the steam pressure has seemed to be inconsistent at times. Let's see how it does.
