In this video, I show you the HiBrew G64 coffee grinder. This is an ambitious undertaking for the Chinese budget brand, normally specializing in cheap espresso machines. The G64 has 64mm titanium coated flat burrs, with 20 bean breaking teeth, and in general an espresso focused geometry. It has variable speeds between 600-1600 rpm, good for experimenting with differing roasts and brew methods. The passive top burr is held back via strong springs, with small steel nubs as the contact points. Let's have a look...
