In 2012 TT games and Lego stepped into the world of Middle Earth with Lego Lord of the Rings, allowing us to play through the movies in classic lego fashion and explore an open-world of Middle Earth.
The handheld version of the game was created by TT Fusion for the DS, 3DS, and Vita. It features a lot of unique content that the main versions don't, from character upgrades, more dialogue/scenes, and even whole sections that were just cutscenes in the main one. It's even got multiple open-ended hub worlds.
This is the version created for the DS, it is noticeably downgraded compared to the others and is objectively the worst way to play it, but it has it's charms.
