The final battle begins atop Hyrule Castle. The first phase of this fight involves battling with Princess Zelda, possessed by Ganondorf.
Anyone who has fought Ganondorf in previous titles knows how to win this battle; energy ball tennis! When he begins charging up a ball of magic above his head, get ready to knock it back and forth until it damages him. His other attacks include large triangular magic field on the floor that can be easily sidestepped, and a flying forward thrust that can also be dodged easily. This phase does not last very long, as you only need to damage the boss a few times before it ends.

The tree seems to be filled with memories of the very distant past and has become less potent over time, and also appears to be possessed by a Shade that has the ability of rational thought.")

This is the boss of the Earth Temple and also the second boss in the game. You throw bombs at him when hes not ignited and then chuck bombs into his mouth while its open, then slash his eye.")

Instead of walking towards the main character, though, she walks over to the Shadowlord and tells him that she feels bad for stealing Replicant Yonahs body. Even though the Gestalt Project worked, Yonah is still destined to die since her Replicant copy was created from an already-afflicted image, and she would rather let the Replicant be with her father. She then walks towards the window and leaves the Replicant body.")
