The opening sequence to one of the greatest games of this generation, NIER.
Taking place after the true ending of Drakengard 3, the story revolves around an older man who is looking for a cure for his fatally-ill daughter named Yonah and around mysterious creatures called Shades that threaten the world. Other characters include Kaine and Emil that follow the protagonist throughout the story. Grimoire Weiss is the book that the protagonist uses to cast magic, and is also a hilarious sarcastic character. The game has an amazing story that blows your mind at the very end. I played through this game last January on PS3, and now Ill be doing it again and recording it on Xbox.
