Shreshtha Deshpande, an undergraduate student at FLAME University, reflects on how her learning has been enriched through real-world engagement. She represented India at the Beijing Sister City Youth Camp in China, gaining exposure to global perspectives through cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration.
At FLAME, Shreshtha’s commitment to creating impact extended into her Developmental Activities Program (DAP), where she worked with the RHWPP NGO in Pune. Guided by faculty mentorship, she developed a case study based on this experience and later presented it at the EVOLVE conference, alongside PhD scholars and academicians. Through these opportunities, she shares how experiential learning and interdisciplinary thinking have shaped her academic growth and sense of purpose.
