This holiday week we return to attorneys on the other side of lawsuits from federal to family court where we focus on lawyer divorce cases , especially those before attorneys acting as private judges. Most importantly we shadow Mark- the -Process Server as he serves lawsuits on lawyers and local bar associations with reminders of how lawyers react when they are on the other end of a lawsuit instead of being paid to file one.
Our upcoming reporting focuses on the issue of self- represented ligitgants who make up 75% or more of the litigants as we compare the special treatment afforded to attorneys but not those without a bar card when it comes to family court.
