We return to Kentucky where cameras are allowed in courtrooms. This is another hearing where a judge's orders for sueprvised visitation were reversed by the court of appeal. Here the judge won't issue rulings or recuse from the case when the dad in the case has asked her to recuse based on her incompetence.
