As a trial lawyer, I have a front-row seat in dealing with all types of toxic persons, including stalkers, covert narcissists, drama queens, extortionsts and blackmailers. In this video, I give you seven key steps to follow to rid yourself of them. When you realize that they need your energy to function, these demons want nothing to do with you when you pull energy out of them.

Maybe in your case you need to avoid doing anything. There's too many unique facts to really say. I just want to give you the ability to see them for who they are and to recognize the traits. If you hold to these ideals, you will watch them implode, and them explode. They'll go into a mental meltdown. Before engaging them, ask yourself if they are even worth your time, or could it be more easily solved through a quiet and non-confrontational exit? I am forced to confront them in my line of work. And they all come from the same playbook. They threaten, have no conscious, no soul and will lie and cheat to destroy you. Some of these steps are certain not "confrontational," but the person will quickly grasp that you are "on" to them, and will likely react strongly. They'll even seek confirmation from you that you are not causing them trouble. Be ready to be lied to and gaslighted.
