This is a score I made for an indie film short shot in Brooklyn, NY by @shadowplayfilms7963
The score features analogs synths, including the Moog Grandmother, OB-6, and a few other gems. Drums are Linndrum samples. Tzvi's films always have an emotional element of hope and despair in equal measure. I hope this film demonstrates some ideas you can try, as far as integrating diagetic sounds as a natural part of the music. The film has no dialog, so I had to write something that would drive the emotions without clues from the characters, other than their facial expressions and actions. The director asked for synthwave, so hopefully this also captures that vibe.
