Lawrence “Larry” Lippert, our founder, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025. What Larry created can only be defined as the blueprint for the American Dream. He, like others from his generation, had an idea and through his entrepreneurial spirit, created a business from the ground up. Through innovation, persistence, and pure grit, this business lives on today as one of the world’s foremost RV and marine component companies.
His legacy lives on in our culture, our team, and the communities we serve. He was inducted into the RV/MH Hall of Fame in 2013, a testament to his enduring impact on our industry.
