LANSING, Ill. — Hundreds of believers filled Ridge Road on Good Friday, April 3, as they participated in the annual Community Prayer Walk.
Volunteers carried a large wooden cross meant to symbolize the one Jesus Christ carried on his journey to crucifixion, according to the Christian faith tradition.
