Lansing Police Chief says charges expected this week in NPAA, Culver's shootings @lansingjournal

LANSING, Ill. — Suspects in both the recent NPAA and Culver’s shootings are expected to be arrested and charged this week, Lansing Police Chief Al Phillips announced Tuesday at a Village Board meeting.

Phillips said the suspect accused of killing Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Paint Plant Manager Andrew Coleman, 48, was in custody, with charges coming as soon as Wednesday.

Phillips said police also have a warrant out for the suspect believed to have fatally shot Bruce Gipson, 48, at Culver’s, and expect to have an arrest this week in the case.
